The
Heater Builder's e-zine
Join us as we build a traditional French oven from the Gasogne region.
This oven is similar in shape to the Quebec oven, but is built from brick.
Soft red bricks are used, and the bricks are set to a template. This eliminates
the need
for wooden formwork, as the suction of the bricks is used to hold them in place.
The illustrations are from theFrench book, "Petite
Traité sur la Constructions des Fours à Pain",
