Hi Norbert.
Here are some pictures of Focaccia col Formaggio - a very simple
pizza-like pie I baked in my oven following a recipe from Peter
Reinhart's recent book "American Pie" - a must to read for anyone
thinking about opening a pizzeria. I found the book very educational
for me as an oven builder.
